What is the outer material, i do a lot of walking and stalking is it loud when rubbed together? It easily hits -20 here so need warmth but also need it to be quiet
The Super Down Pro Pants do have some noise, but they are designed for stationary use like glassing and are not a good option to stalk or move around in
