"The quality of the Super Down Haven Bibs is exactly what we have come to know as Kuiu. The fabric, stitching, and other component are superior quality. I have not been in the field with them yet but I am scheduled for a week of deer hunting in Saskatchewan. I ordered the XL to allow for extra space to wear Super Down Pro pants under the bibs. I also like the new camo pattern Veros and hope to get more gear in that camo pattern."

Offer more lengths

"I haven’t had an opportunity to hunt in them yet, but I do think KUIU should offer different lengths…. not everyone is a 34 inseam. Otherwise, I can’t wait to NOT shiver in them. Seems like a very high quality and well thought out piece of gear. Something to note - this survey is indicative of the size issue here - the options for “size purchased” do not match the sizes that the bibs are sold by. This is too good/vital a piece of gear to NOT address this problem."

Super warm

"Worth the money. I live in IA and was toasty warm hunting late season. Only time is started to get cold was on a super cold hunt. . . -10 with high winds. I lasted 3 hours before heading back to warm up. Your feet and hands will get cold before your legs and core with these bibs."

Comfy but not as warm as expected

"These are very comfy bibs and were very quiet. For the price, I'd expect to have a little more sizing options. A length of 34" is just too long for the S, M, and L sizes. these were not as warm as I'd like for all day sits in the low 30's. Going to change up my layering a little to see if that helps at all."

Q&A

Hello, I'm considering the Down Haven Bibs (XL, Verde), but am concerned about the 34" inseam length. I'm 5'6" tall and my inseam length is generally around 30". Adding and inch or two shouldn't present a problem but 4" troubles me. Do you have any suggestions? I plan to wear these outside of the boot for long treestand sits during late season muzzleloading hunts in upstate NY.
The best option would be to pair them with our Kutana Storm or Yukon HD Gaiters, to keep them from dragging on the ground.
